ALLERGY TESTS
Whether you're a new guest, who hasn't had colour or a guest who hasn't had an Allergy Test for more than 6 months; we recommend you do allergy test, at least 48 hours before your colour appointment This is to ensure you do not have any negative reactions to the colour product. Please contact the salon before your appointment so they can organise this for you. If you don't take one before your appointment we unfortunately may have to reorganise to another date and charges may apply.
DEPOSITS
All bookings require a minimum of 20% deposit to secure the appointment.
CANCELLATIONS/POSTPONEMENTS
We understand things can come up unexpectedly and you may need to cancel your appointment - we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible so we have time to fill your slot.
Our cancellation charges are as follows:
Less than 24 Hours - 50%
No Show - 100%
TIMELINESS
We do our best to keep everything on time so if you are late it affects everyone. Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes early and we'll make you a cuppa.
Please understand that there will be times when we are ae unable to accommodate you if you are late and cancellation fees may apply.
COLOUR SERVICES
All colour services MUST be followed by a Post Colour Blow Dry or a Cut and Finish Service.
