Baykar London reserves the right to request a percentage, or full payment of any service at time of booking.

 

Cancellation and Lateness Policy

Baykar London has a 24-hour cancellation policy, appointments cancelled outside of this policy or “no-shows” will be charged at 50% of the service scheduled.

Please note that appointments made within 24 hours may instead be cancelled or modified at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time in order to avoid a charge of 50% of the service amount.

We do know that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 24-hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment and extenuating circumstances may be considered at managements discretion.

 

Turning up late for Appointments

We understand that things happen which can cause delays, however, please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment if it cannot be completed within the remaining time. All attempts to reschedule your appointments in a timely manner will be made.

If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time this is considered a “No-Show” and we will have to charge 50% of the service scheduled
