House Rules

We are pretty relaxed and want you to feel at home, but we do have a few "house rules" that keep everything running smoothly.

Please take a moment to read before booking an appointment.

Consultations

We will ALWAYS do a comprehensive consultation with you prior to your service but feel free to pop in before booking to have a chat to any of the team about what you are looking to achieve and check out the salon too!

Deposits

All bookings require a minimum of 50% deposit to secure the appointment. 

Cancellations

We understand things can come up unexpectedly and you may need to cancel your appointment -  we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible so we have time to fill your slot.

Our cancellation charges are as follows:

48 Hours - no charge

24 Hours - 50%

No Show - 100%

Payment

We accept all major debit/credit cards including American Express, Baykar London Gift Cards and of course, cash.

Colour Services

All colour services MUST be followed by a Post Colour Blow Dry or a Cut and Finish Service.

Patch Tests

We recommend a patch test for all technical services, if you choose not to have one, we will ask you to sign a disclaimer. Pop into the salon 48 hours before your appointment or when you come for your consultation - it only takes 2 minutes.

Timeliness

We do our best to keep everything on time so if you are late it affects everyone. Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes early and we'll make you a cuppa.

Please understand that there will be times when we are ae unable to accommodate you if you are late and cancellation fees may apply.

Gift Vouchers/Cards

Gift Vouchers are available on line and Gift Cards are available in the salon in any denomination - ask a member of the team for more information.

Children

We do offer children's services however, ask that you please be mindful of other clients in the salon. We also ask that you don't bring your children with you if they are not having a service as space is tight.
